Rapid Water Courses

To form the exact rapids required for the end users these innovative courses utilise the RapidBloc system of flexible whitewater system; as installed at numerous locations including Lee Valley White Water Centre (venue for the 2012 Olympic Games canoe slalom event) and Tees Barrage Whitewater Course.

The flexible whitewater system allows the formation and continual tuning of the water to form optimal rapids as demanded by the various user groups.

Flexibility in both flow rates from the pumps and the rapids themselves allows the course to be quickly adjusted to the users requirements and as both canoeing and rescue techniques advance the course can also be reconfigured to keep it completely up to date.

Features can be formed in a multitude of patterns along with steps and also the unique upstream wedge to channel obstructions - offering improved safety for course participants.
